Excitement over....nothing happened as expected...meizu event targeted only the promotion of new devices...not flyme as we expected. They gave only few hints about flyme 6...not even the android version. But "6" may be based on marshmallow...not nougat, because almost all meizu device will get "6", some processor s not supported by nougat..

Keep waiting dude.... in the chinese webpage are recruiting people for a "closed beta" so... is not even ready. In general terms....I just don't get why making an announcement of a new OS version if is not even in beta phase... just keep it quiet and tell the people when is ready, its just a thought... i mean, your marketing mannager just sucks... you'll get a lot of messages saying "all this for nothing"... PS: posting the image from the chinese forum (translated with google) https://s12.postimg.org/t2ul16zsd/Capture.jpg

r_marcati replied at 2016-12-01 01:00 Its definitely 6 Marshmallow, as 7.0 wont work on mx4pro and m2note that supported, their GPU are not supported by new Vulkan API. Crooked Meizu again. The whole year b4 they told us that they won't use Marshmallow as this OS cant propose anything new to users and most of it was implemented in Flyme 5. And then! Voila! They made 5.2 on Android 6.0.1 for crappy Pro6 and now they will do Flyme 6 on... ANDROID 6! So... disappointing. Again.

I think it would be M, 'cause 430 days of work. N was relased in march. So Meizu, unlock our bootloaders and give us regular Android, like cyanogen or something.
