Hey, your mBack button may be faulty, try getting the phone checked from the service center. If the problem is indeed caused by mBack and your phone is under warranty then it will be fixed for free.

If it is a software issue, it won't happen again if you flash the firmware again with clear data, however if there is a problem with the mBack button then it will happen again in which case you should take your phone to a service center to get it replaced. | |
