There was a time when I worked for a BPO providing elite services in India. Lead Lady to whom I was assigned as a fresher groomed me in such a way that I got promoted in 6 months to a Quality Exec's post. Now I was assigned to a guy....well things changed now. Had to leave the job too. It always doesn't happen the same way for everyone, but given a chance a woman is really more capable than a man in doing few things, specifically with the patience levels that are required in stressful working conditions. So I really vouch for a woman being equal in all aspects to a man, afterall we are humans altogether.
