Meizu is one of the fastest-growing smartphone manufacturers in the world. This company has shipped out 20 million devices last year, which is not a lot compared to the largest smartphone manufacturers out there, but if you consider the fact that Meizu shipped ‘only’ 4.4 million devices in 2014… well, you get the point. Meizu has introduced a couple of really compelling products last year, and theMeizu PRO 5 is quite probably the most compelling. This is Meizu’s flagship phablet, and the only non-Samsung devices powered by the Exynos 7420 SoC. This smartphone has been out there for a while now, and we’ve already seen some PRO 6 rumors and leaks

The alleged Meizu PRO 6 actually popped up quite recently, showing off the Dual-Edge display we’ve seen implemented in the Galaxy S6 Edge, S7 Edge and the recently released Vivo Xplay 5. Well, a new set of Meizu PRO 6 images surfaced, if you take a look at the gallery down below, you’ll get to see three new renders of Meizu’s upcoming flagship. This handset actually resembles its predecessor quite a bit, but it sports the Dual-Edge display, just like in the previous leak we’ve seen. The ‘mBack’ physical home button is once again included here, and it is located below the display. Meizu’s ‘mBack’ button is actually quite unique, it can be used as both the capacitive back key, and a physical home button, not to mention the fingerprint scanner will be included on the inside. According to these renders, both the power / lock and volume rocker keys will be placed on the right-hand side of this phone, and the back side of the device looks quite similar to the Meizu PRO 5’s back side, though you’ll notice Meizu’s new logo here. This device will be made out of metal, and the battery / back cover won’t be removable (metal unibody design).

Now, it is also worth mentioning that the Meizu PRO 6 will sport a pressure sensitive display, the company’s VP confirmed
that quite recently. Samsung’s still unannounced Exynos 8870 will quite probably fuel this smartphone, and you can expect it to sport at least 4GB of RAM. The Exynos 8870 will be identical to the Exynos 8890, but will have lower clock frequency. Android 6 Marshmallow will quite probably come pre-installed on the Meizu PRO 6, and on top of it, you’ll be able to find Meizu’s very own Flyme UI.

WHAT'S YOUR OPINION REGARDING THE MEIZU PRO 6?? ARE YOU EXCITED ABOUT THE NEW DEVICE AND ITS HARDWARE?
