When A/beta firmware compatible with m3 note L681HMy device is international version,since I used m2 note(international), I can install both of firmware A or G(I think chinese firmware is universal) But when I can get A/beta firmware for m3 note L version?

No, you can't, there's only M version in Chinese firmware; don't install A version in your L M3 note.
