mx4 restart problemhello, recently i was using my mx4 pro and it restarted by himself, i thought it wouldnt be nothing serious but it become a problem when it turned on and it restarted over again now it wont turn on but keeps on restarting over and over again...thought it would be a software issue and i downgraded the flyme version twice but the problem persist... any help on how can i make it work? thank you

First : Your All Data Backup.. (Save PC or Flash Drive) Settings> About Phone > Storage > Backup and restore .. Phone Plug Pc : Backup And Backups folder and Sound-Screenshots-note etc. Backup Please Then: Settings> About Phone > Storage > factory format reset : factory reset and format internal storage Select and Start.. the problem is that phone wont start at all now but keeps on restarting on Flyme logo so i cant back up data or do factory format reset...
all i could do is installing latest flyme with Clear data but it didnt solve the problem... | |
