This is very small but unique feature for preventing battery over charged. There are some softwares in play stores but they didnt work properly. Most of the softs get one time  notification when battery at 100% but that not enough to get attention of user.  So I recommend to have option of repeat notification which can  be stopped notification sound after status bar pulling down.
