User5200318080 replied at 2016-10-11 14:27 i tried many times. the problem is there is another update.zip file in root directory. the recovery mode check first the root directory and it find a update.zip there thats why it doesn't check recovery partition. How can i delete /update.zip in root directory? | |

Dear Meizu Team i tried everything but not work. Maybe the problem is there is another update.zip internal memory of the phone. even if i copy the update.zip in recovery or not it check the update.zip and say firmware currupt. that means the recovery mode searches the update file in root directory of the internal memory. this is a software problem. how can i repair my phone now... pls help
