Used Pro 5 already registered to another flyme accountHi there,
I recently bought a Pro 5 on ebay from a private seller and tried to set this up. I tried to connect this phone to my account but I got the message, that this smartphone is already registered to *****@flyme.cn. I contacted the seller, but he used the phone without flyme and dont know the password. I read some threads and I tried to contact meizu support with mzcs@meizu.com but this email-address seems to be wrong, because I always get mail-server-errors. Is there any way to check wether this smartphone is marked as stolen and if not to delete the connection to this account? How could I contact customer support with this problem? I read about meizu asking for a proof of buying this phone, is the ebay-buy-information enough for proofing I bought this phone? Is there any possible way to directly contact this registered user with his nickname to ask him for deleting this connection? Best regards, Hansi | |

Try to write to mzcs@meizu.com and flyme.service@meizu.com
About your questions: 1. You must write to Meizu Customer Service 2. You must try with what you got. 3. You must do it by ebay. | |

I had a similar problem (used Pro 5 with account issue, flymeOS 5.1.3.0A). I solved this problem using this method : http://forum.flymeos.com/thread-5740-1-1.html For my phone, step one was unnecessary (to be rooted first). I hope this will help you. I wrote to Meizu but without a regular invoice they don't help you. | |
