After a month long event, we finally head towards the Climax of one of the greatest football events in the whole of Europe. The stage is all set at Stade de France which will host the grand finale this Sunday between the 2 teams who have worked very hard to get to this stage.
While Portugal beat Wales to get to the finals, France beat the world champions Germany to get here. Here is how both the teams faired in their previous encounters in the EURO 2016 so far...
