Has anyone encountered abnormal heat and discharge during the night? It happens to me sometimes. I did not reveal any patterns. In the morning it is stupidly hot as a pie and turned off. After switching on, it immediately cools down.

I turned off almost everything in the background. Cpu-z shows some kind of nonsense in an ibat-high temperature up to 100 degrees, it generally jumps there as it wants .. In the details of power consumption, only the screen is about 80%, and the graph is just a falling blue line (waiting) from the moment when I went to bed and before waking up. Also, I’ll add - I have set the do not disturb mode from 10 pm. And so I never turn off anything, wifi, gps is always on. In the wifi settings "always search for networks" is turned off.

In general, I can’t even test it normally, because This hell happens rarely, maybe once a month. And before that, the same couple of times happened with the last pipe - meizu m3s. Also, I've found in google same cases among the owners of xiaomi mi 8 pro.

I have a new Meizu X8, I bought from Aliexpress. It was working for a couple of days fine. Some message about an update came up and I clicked OK yesterday. Today, when I get calls, the earpiece on the phone is silent. I have to put the phone on loudspeaker to hear a phone call. It is silent otherwise.

I tried to update the firmware automatically through the phones Settings > System Update, it checks for versions but just says Device information error.

Then I download the Flyme 7.3.0.0G from the Meizu website. I put the phone into recovery mode and copied the firmware to the recovery folder. Then clicked update. An error message showed saying firmware corrupt. I tried to download the firmware on the PC 5 more times, but get the same error.

Please can you guide me how to fix the earpiece being silent problem, and explain how to update the firmware without the error. I can’t find any instructions online to help me

Hi, does anyone have any info about upgrading to flyme 8? Generally speaking, the phone is very good except for audio quality and touch screen issues. I've heard that flyme 8 resolved all touch screen problems and running smoothly. Can someone confirm that? Do you have any info about Flyme 8 global for meizu x8? My phone runs on flyme 7.1.7.1g because it seems to me that it's running more smoothly than 7.3.0.0g  (touch screen abnormal behavior) but it's still not as smooth as my meizu note 8. Any info will be greatly appreciated. (please don't suggest to root the phone and put the chinese flyme 8 as i don't want to mess it up and also have google problems as i run a lot of google apps, family link etc) Thanks in advance

I upgraded my X8 from 7.3G to 8.1A without any problems. It works very fine. See 4pda website for more information.

Sure! Just download "update.zip" Flyme 8.1A to your phone, then restart your device by pressing the "vol +" button. Select "update system" with wipe data. Profit
