Meizu have scheduled a launch event for June 13th, which is one day before the expected launch of the OnePlus 3. Only recently we talked about how Meizu are believed to be working on an update to the Meizu Metal. The phone — presumably known as the Metal 2 — will bear a spec sheet that is very much reminiscent to that of the m3 note. The Meizu Metal 2 even got TENAA certified. 
This includes a 5.5-inch 1920 x 1080p display, a 1.8GHz MediaTek Helio P10 processor, 2/3GB RAM, 16/32GB ROM, 13 mega-pixel rear camera, 5 mega-pixel front facing camera, 4G support, and a 4000mAh battery. I’d be in a fix if someone asked me to point of differences between this and the Meizu m3 note. The launch event is set and invites have been sent, with the event scheduled to start 2pm. Meizu is also expected to introduce a new variant of the m3 smartphone running Android 5.1 (Lollipop) instead of YunOS and with a slightly 3000mAh battery at the same starting price of 599 yuan.
