Thank you for your answer. After a day of testing/checking it seems that you are right, it is just the AM/PM time, however the phone time was set to 24 hrs. I can live with this, no big deal.

I did a little more testing:
At 12:20 (20 minutes past noon) is shows 00:20, so I guess it is off 12 hours. | |

it's not a problem dude use 24 hours method from language & time in settings

Hello All,
I found the solution: It was the issue of the used theme and not the OS. I changed to a different theme and now the phone clock and the lock screen time is in sync. | |
