hi!
i have a Meizu M6 Note, so it's a different phone but same OS and same bug. I tried a lot of things and what worked for me (to my suprise) is changing the language to English (from my native language) and then changing back. Somehow that fixed it so you should give it a try with any second language you speak. | |

After so much time it annoyed me.
I changed both language and location (to Hebrew and US), then set them back (to English+Israel) and Restarted the phone
