Everything went well since i've bought a brand new m6 note but today i've experienced something very weird.
All the default media apps (Gallery, Camera, Video) crash instantly after opening them or stay simply blank (gallery app). Also, if I try to update an app from the Play Store, the Play Store crashes and I can't open it anymore unless i uninstall it from the GMS and install it again (but it keeps happening). I've tried to unistall those default apps and get the apks and install them again... nothing. I've cleared the cache memory from every single app. I've checked if there was any weird app (virus) installed or any process that has a strange name and nothing came. I've tried to access the Fast Boot mode and the phone crashed. I've tried to do a clean reset of the phone, i press "ok" and nothing happens.

Can someone identify this issue? Has anyone experiences something like this? Is there already a solution to this weird problem?
