hello everyone,

i need help with my brand new meizu m6 note (global version). i keep getting cell broadcast notifications on my phone and i cannot access cell broadcast settings under messagees app, because all the cell broadcast settings are greyed out. so i cannot turn off cell broadcast options.

what is wrong and how to fix it?
