my m5s were having several bugs. he is not showing up the multi task and was with less sensitivity on the screen. I reversed the update to 5.2.13.3g and he got the black screen, is not connecting the storage on the pc and also asked for a password to clean the data but does not work the password that I put. Please help me, I do not know what to do.
