Flyme 6 dont have volte support so you can not add ims apn if you have M681H model of meizu m3 note then downgrade to flyme 5 and you will have volte but not on L681H model.

in G version there is no VoLTE

Flash 6.2G with clear data ticked and you'll be able to add IMS APN. The app crashes because of bad cache.
