fingerprint stoped workingon my m3s fingerprint stoped working. when phone is locked I cant turn him on. he rings and recieve msg, but screen is like dead. tried flyme 6.1. restarting in 2 min. and flyme beta little longer. can someone help me?

I have had this problem in just 4 months so if ur fon is under warranty then take it to the service center.Its a hardware problem n can't be solved by a software update or something

Hey, this is a combination of software and hardware bugs. The unresponsive mBack key is a hardware issue which can be fixed by going to a service center for free as long as the phone is under warranty. While the no response in UI is a Flyme 6 bug specific only to the m3s. This will be fixed in an upcoming software update.
