Press Volume Up and Power button on your phone together. This will take you to Flyme's recovery. Connect your phone to a PC/Laptop with a USB cable and a drive named recovery will show up on your PC. Copy the firmware you downloaded to this drive and name it 'update.zip' otherwise the recovery won't detect it. Now turn off your phone by pressing the power button for 10 seconds. Again go to recovery by pressing volume up + power button. Click on clear data and start flashing firmware. After the firmware is flashed your phone will boot normally again.
