Hey, this is a known bug but it will take some time to be fixed. If you are ok with using English as your phone language then you can switch to the Chinese public beta firmware. It does not have bugs and is much more stable than the global stable firmware. You can also try to change the language back to Russian on Chinese firmware by downloading More Locale 2 from Play Store.
