Performance mode can be found under Security>Settings>Battery>Performance mode. Flyme 6 already has game mode so your games will automatically run at best performance. Asphalt 8 is one of the most graphic intensive game available on Play Store and you're using a budget device with a P10 SoC. It has a weak GPU so intensive games will obviously lag.
