You've hard bricked your device. The only way to fix it now is to go to a service centre or with an mrt dongle.

Shahid,can you please stop spaming with your url`s The problem is with L681H,when you post your video of fixing HARDBRICKED device(i don`t see anything but working phone on the video) .Comment that is only for M681H ,not for global,because so many peopple are asking me "Did it work?Did it work?"No ,it doesn`t ! And when you post a video with hardbricked device,please make the video with not working phone.I think that everybody after 1 hour of Google-ing can do the same as you do! Because nobody will believe you,after seing the working phone in the video,just consider it.Sorry if you don`t like my comment,but that is my oppinion,everybody is with the same problem: Wrong flash,dead phone(no POWER ON)  Stop wasting people`s time and give them false hopes,read comments first,then waste time.
