I found the solution to gps issue. This caused because of battery settings in flyme 6.1.0.0. For the solution go to " Security" app->Permissions->Background apps and set the Google Maps app at always running mode.
Reboot the phone and the gps works like a charm all time!Hope this helps anyone with freezing issue at google maps app and other navigators.
