Try connecting your phone to your PC using a different data cable.
Go to settings> storage and back up>USB connection to PC>select media device. Also you can try using Turn on your hotspot. Go to file manager>Desktop manager >Turn on desktop manager. Now input the ftp File transfer protocol address on any browser like Mozilla Firefox in your PC. Before that you have connect your PC to your phones hotspot. Now you can access your files on your phone from your PC. | |
