You won't lose any personal data even if you tick the clear data option. Just sync your contacts, messages with Meizu account before updating. As for your apps, go to data backup & restore and create a backup. Flash firmware with clear data ticked and then restore backup from backup & restore section.

Mr rudra I have some problems with stable version......I was downloaded stable version.....bt when m trying to upgrading then my phone only restarting......Not follow update process.......just restart ......So wat can I do?
