Twrp is not for non experienced users, may harm your phone so please dont try by reading comments. Give at least two days in reading all procedures of twrp then go to xda and then as they advice install twrp.
but for that, bootloader need to be unlocked, device should be rooted and then usb debugging should be enabled lastly a working twrp should be available.
