I've tried hard reset but after i enter the hard reset menu if i choose the option to erase all data it still asks for the password that she doesn't remember.
i found somewhere that i have to downgrade to flyme 4 before i can do that but idon't think this phone mx6 had flyme 4 rom. | |

you will need to try remember it you cant pass the password with wipe data or upgrade
