check whether your SMS centre number are there in the setting of messaging app. It gets deleted automatically if you tampering the settings of phone information app which usually opens after typing *#*#4636#*#*. If that is the case then just switch off the phone remove the Sim then enter the Sim in another slot and then start, will solve your problem then.

My sms center is +33660003000... if someone is in France on Bouygues telecom with a meizu m2 mini i would like to know if this function send it later is ok... | |

Tiguenn create on 2017-06-13 23:38 Why not trying to factory reset your device after removing the Sim. I had similar problem at once then doing factory reset after taking out the Sim solved the problem. | |
