Screen not turning on and back button not wThe back/fingerprint button in my M3s stopped working a few days ago and some hours later I couldn't turn on the screen by pressing any button.
I can only turn it on when I restart the phone, but I can't let it turn it off or it won't turn back on. Additionally, I can't go into settings>fingerprints and privacy. I've tried updating and rebooting, but It didn't fix anything. | |

It looks like a hardware malfunction. Kindly visit your nearest service center they will replace the USB Motherboard of your phone and then everything will work as usual.

I also think u should visit nearest serviCe centre for help as it is a hardware problem
