Download google app installer from inbuilt app store. Install it and there you will options to download playstore, google services eveything and install it.

uninstall your google play services on settings and reinstall all from google installer via appstore.

Uninstall all google services including playstore, framework and playservices then reboot your phone. Now download google apps installer GMS from hot apps or meizu store and install all google apps again.
Or if you have trouble signing in to your google account remove all google account by going to settings>other accounts> Google account> Remove account. Then create a new google id and login and you can set your original google id as default google id later. You can also try Go to settings> Apps> Download Manager> Clear data, Clear cache and force stop. Similarly clear data , cache and force stop downloader, playstore and playservices. | |
