google(play store) acc problem and breaking gps signalHi, i have n2 note on flyme 5.1.11.og and i can't log in to google play store, it sad "error retrieving information from server (rh-01)", so i did this:
Steps for troubleshooting Google Play Store Errors Problem : I couldn't download apps from playstore Step 1: Go to settings >Apps>Google Play Store Clear cache, clear data and force stop. Similarly clear cache memory for Google play services, download manager and Downloader. Note : After clearing cache and data you will have to login into your Google account. -DIDN'T WORK Step 2: Go to settings >other account Remove all Google accounts, restart your phone. Create a new Google account and log in. You can log into your Google id afterwards and set it as default. - I CAN'T LOG IN AFTER RESTARTING MY PHONE, it says "checking info..." Also gps signal is breaking in running apps, but works fine in navigation apps. please help, it's important to me. thanks | |

update: gps is completly dead now

Hey, to solve this, please flash Flyme 5.1.12.0G on your phone and click clear data when prompted. After the new firmware is installed, first of all download GMS Installer and through it download and install Google Services. After that, Google services and GPS will start working again. Do note that it is advisable to perform this operation on mobile data and not WiFi so that no error occurs while configuring the Google account.

it worked with google services, but gps still not working

uninstall all google apps from google installer app and then reinstall using same app then your phone restarts and it works fine.
