They are definitely developing it but not for old models, old models according them are not worthy anymore.

Bro, they considered our devices not worthy for their business, thats why they are not giving interest to release global update. I am sure meizu will never gonna release global devices becuase of no google certification. This is why meizu has not giving any interest to global users as well as global devices. Though it is all my opinion btw.
