Hey, if you flashed firmware without clearing data then please flash it again with clear data ticked. If the problem still exists then please report it as a bug in the bug section.

Or you can reinstall it easily.

Μετά από πολλές προσπάθειες εγκατάστασις, κατέληξα στο συμπέρασμα ότι μετά από την ενημέρωση google play service ( με εγδοσι 9.8.77 δούλεψε οκ για λίγο) μετά έκανε αυτόματη αναβάθμιση στη 10.2.98 και ξανά το ίδιο πρόβλημα,
ανοίγεις την εφαρμογή χάρτες και κάνει επανεκκίνηση ακόμη το κάνει και στο facebook.
Όλα γίνονται με το google play service έχει βλάβη

After several attempts establishment is, I concluded that after updating google play service (with version 09.08.77 worked okay for a while) then made automatically get upgraded to 10.2.98 and again the same problem,
you open the application and maps make even restart the make and facebook.
Everything is done with google play service is faulty
