The Chinese resources have a new portion of rumors about Flyme 6 and now they relate to the version of Android and devices that will receive it or not. It is worth noting that the data is somewhat contradictory and we recommend not taking them at face value.
So, according to information from Chinese sources, the first models to be upgraded to Flyme 6 will be Meizu Pro 5, M3 Note and ... Meizu MX4. Interestingly, the same source reports that the MX4 Pro will not receive an update, just like the Meizu M2 Note / Mini. In addition, it is reported that the upcoming novelty Meizu Pro 6s will have Flyme 6 or already out of the box, or get it in the first wave of renewal. It depends on whose release will take place earlier.
As for the version of Android, the new Flyme will run on Android 7.0 Nougat.
