Hello
I have recently bought a new Meizu M3 handset with Flyme Android OS and the Barclays Banking Mobile App (UK) will not load
it simply opens then closes again

I have called the bank and they are saying that it is not compatable with the OS and or Handset and told me to come to you for help

has anyone else had this issue?
does anyone know how to resolve?

So far I have:
- I have cleared Cache
- closed all other apps down
- uninstalled, rebooted device, reinstalled

and still it wil not load

please help
