To the point: Last our original cable began to stop so that as I have at home a lot of cables decided to make a replacement. It worked for a while and recently the phone stopped reading those other cables and the only one who sees this is our original cable. (Which works up to 10 seconds) I have used 4 cables and still do not connect the PC and recharge. How do you think what is the problem? | |

Connect your device with your PC with USB cable.
Go to Device Manager on your PC.

Try the above mentioned method or try connecting your phone with another PC or laptop. If the same problem persists then your microUSB connector maybe damaged. Contact your nearest service centre.
