But in India, I can't find a charger with Pump Express 3.0 charger. Only thing I have to ask, does Quick charge technology of Qualcomm also works for Mediatek processors phone?

Meizu devices use their own fast charging tech and if i am not wrong they don't support pump express chargers or charging tech just as most Xiaomi devices don't support Quick Charge tech.

Mediatek says, pump express 2.0 supports in Meizu MX5. it means Meizu hasn't any own fast charging tech. it's same, just the name differs here.

As i said earlier it's upto the manufacturer to use the SoC's fast charging tech and Meizu will most probably disable fast charging tech if it's supported by the SOC or include it's own charging tech in devices as pump express generates a lot of heat especially the 1st and 2nd variation of it. Pump Express and mCharge are very different from each other.
