Notification problem due to security app.If you stop this app never face any issue.
If you flash clean firmware and install GMS then chance no issue in playstore also. | |

I also have the same issue my network speed is too slow compared to other mobiles i have eone many test to see if there is a problem in sim bt No,thats the problem in the firmware...i dnt know when they will fix this issue
