Clear the cache for all Google apps and check the battery consumption by going to settings>battery and post a screenshot of your battery consumption by apps

Uninstall all Google services including play Store and play services     remove your Google account from settings>other accounts and reboot your phone.
Now download and install GMS and install Google services.
