They're a banch of amateurs that copy Apple and believe they actually offer something with added value. Their hardware/devices are pretty decent so it would be the best for them to receive ROMS from another source. Their Flyme team is a joke. Other companies in 430 days would have created their own OS and it would be stable, not another theme (because at it seems, this is what it's all about) over the current 5th one.
