Meizu m2 notifications problem

Last night my m2note  phone upgrade his version to flyme 5.1.11.0.
Since then-all of the "pushing data" notifications (like whatsup notifications, apps notifications etc) not appear until i open apps that link to the internet.

Last virsion there was an option to fix it in security-battery- option
Now-
Thet options is not there

How can i get all the notifications again on real time?
