Since yesterday i cant hear anything when receiving calls.Loudspeaker or headphones working normally. sounds on video playback also. Restored phone to factory defaults with data wipe no result. any help is welcome. | |

Can you describe more clear? are the loudspeaker and headphones working normally or not? which model are you using?
