M3 note internet not working in roaming

I am using Indian Meizu m3 note Model Name- M681H Build number - Flyme 5.1.12.0G

In my Meizu m3 note Reliance Jio SIM's all facility like Calling, internet working average in local areas. But sometimes in local areas network signal not getting properly in my handset compare to another company handset.
But internet not working in national roaming even roaming data is on. But same roaming Jio SIM internet working properly in another company handset.
In national roaming sometimes Jio SIM's only calling facility and network signal works in my phone.
Jio SIM's all facility like internet, calling..etc works in my handset in local areas not national roaming areas.
I complained to Meizu care in Gurgaon they checked phone setting (APN) and told me that phone is working properly with other network company (i.e Idea, Airtel etc.) so Problem is in Jio SIM.
So I complained to Reliance Jio Care but they told me that our Jio SIM's all facility activated and works properly even roaming. so problem is in handset.
