Meizu produce awesome phones with good software at the beginning but, with weak support after purchasing the device. It's one of the main reason many people in other countries still don't trust Chinese smartphone manufacturers.

Yes the hardware is good enough to last longer than other brands but the GLOBAL software support still struggling BUT there are some improvements.

With the next updates of Android Nougat, more cpus will be supported, there is nothing to worry about
