I have the same problem. It's mass defect of Meizu m3s home button.

If your fingerprint sensor is not working after upgrading to flyme 6 just downgrade your firmware to the last stable version. It might be a hardware issue as well, if your fingerprint sensor is not working even after downgrading your firmware with clear data option then you have to take your phone to your nearest service center.
