If you have M3 Note L91 then you'll have to wait for the global update to arrive based on Android 7 which will take a few months. However, if you are using Meizu M3 note M91 then you can update to Chinese firmware right now and get Android 7. The only downside to Chinese firmwares is that they only support 2 languages.
