No it doesn't support mcharge but the charger provided with the phone charges it very fast from 0 to 100. The time is 2 hours and given that the battery is of 4100mAh that's a pretty good thing.

mCharge is not a software feature. It requires a high output charging brick and a phone that supports it.

MY note uses Meizu's proprietary charging tech. It's charger and charging tech is also different from m3 note's although both phones look almost the same in terms of specifications.

Hardware matters. In this case it has nothing to do with the processor. This is Meizu's proprietary charging tech. A software update cannot enable super mcharge in your phone. Similarly, it also cannot increase your phone's charging speed.
