The hardest part is switching the phone to edl mode for flashing with qfil, you can do that with test point method with your case that thing is the only way.

Preparation:
1.Install driver QDLoader HS-USB Driver_64bit_Setup - litreally the first result on google
2. disable driver signatre enforcment on windows if using one
3.Setup QPST.2.7.430
4.Run QFIL
5.Download google and download Meizu_M6_Note_M1721_30082017_QFIL.zip
6. Google how to download using QPST.2.7.430

Execution
1.) Buy a pair of  tweezers and special 0.8mm pentacle screwdriver
2.) dissamble the meizu phone and press two points with tweezers, search youtube m6 node dissamble
3.) plugin the usb cable in usb 2.0, On device manager port should be 9008, if its 900E try again be patient
4.) flash using QFIL 2.0.0.3 ( important )

I've found that in my case only this setup works
