fixed here, at least at the moment; follow the guide above, but i put a must to do 6. update your Google stuff with the Google installer provided by our "apps store"

Temporary Solution


For Meizu M3S

Installing Google Play services
1.Download  Google Play services 14.5.82
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services/google-play-services-14-5-82-release/
Meizu M3S is 320dpi (to find dpi i used Displayinfo from Meizu App Store)
2.Install/Update all your apps (it will also update Google Play services to 14.7.99)
if it updates to 14.7.99 before installing other apps again install 14
